At Verapelle, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Below is our policy on ordering and shipping.

1. Placing an Order

To place an order, simply browse our products, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you are ready to proceed, click on the cart icon and follow the checkout instructions to complete your purchase.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. Please review the order details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

2. Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping to various locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on customs)

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier. If there are any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging, with tags and labels still attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Please note that personalized or customized items, as well as items purchased on sale, are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at returns@verapelle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a replacement or full refund.
