We ship to all areas within Egypt, including Cairo, Alexandria, and beyond. All orders are shipped with a tracking number for your convenience.
Free shipping on orders over EGP 5,000. During sale periods and promotions, please allow for additional time as the delivery may take longer than usual.
Returns
Elessi accepts exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 14 days from the date of purchase, on presentation of the original receipt. Returns must be made at any store where the corresponding collection is available within Egypt.
Your return will usually be processed within 7-10 days. We will send you a Return Notification email once your return has been completed.
Please note: For hygienic reasons, items such as stockings, socks, earrings, headbands, and other hair accessories (e.g., forks, bands, scrunchies) cannot be returned or exchanged.
